Short version: use the platform in good faith, do not break the law or other people, and we do the same in return.
Use of the service
AI Martins is provided to invited friends, partners, and customers. You are responsible for the content and actions performed under your account. We may suspend access for abuse, illegal use, or threats to platform integrity.
No warranty
The platform is provided as-is. We aim for high availability and back things up carefully, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Keep your own copies of anything critical.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Jurisdiction
These terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Disputes are settled in Latvian courts.
